Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor that has won critical acclaim for her talent. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina, on 3rd December 1960. She's among the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She's English as well as Scottish heritage.
